Top Quality Restaurant
During our creative process we put a special attention to raw ingredients which we select from the closest farmer and producer but also we try to discover exotic ingredients coming from other culinary cultures around the world.Our dishes are born from the combination of two things. First our connection with our land and traditions, but also our will to add our experience around the world into the most classic Piedmontese dishes. Downstairs from our restaurant, a beautiful renovated cantina from the XVI century hosts our cocktail bar. Nice and comfortable sofas from the 1930 will be the perfect seat to enjoy one of our cocktails.
